Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Participation in Pilates classes, strength training sessions, workshops, and any other activities provided by SPARKS PILATES LTD involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or other adverse physical outcomes.

  • Clients participate voluntarily and acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in any activity offered by SPARKS PILATES LTD.

  • Clients must complete all required health screening forms and disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy status, or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely.
